We are excited to be partnering with Amber Matters to co-host Way to Wonder, an intimate evening of performance, reflection, and connection during Climate Week NYC on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
Held inside Fou Gallery’s current exhibition Forsaken with the Side of Pickles by artist Saba Farhoudnia, the event offers a space to process grief and rediscover wonder. Through live performance, cinematic portraits, and quiet ritual, Way to Wonder invites climate leaders, creators, and community members to reflect on what they’re protecting, what they’re preserving, and what moves them.
A Different Kind of Climate Gathering
Rather than a panel or presentation, Way to Wonder is a curated emotional journey guided by a multigenre lineup of artists. Each guest will leave with a handmade keepsake meant to carry forward the spirit of the evening and serve as a personal compass.
“This event is part launch, part ritual, and part invitation into a world we’re building,” said Cameron Colan, co-founder of Amber Matters. “One where what matters is preserved, and wonder becomes a climate strategy.”
Art, Emotion, and Shared Healing
The event takes place within Forsaken with the Side of Pickles, which explores the relationship between human presence and natural forces posing the haunting question: what remains when we are gone? The pairing of art and climate storytelling invites reflection, grounding, and a collective breath.
The evening is generously supported by Teasthetic, whose thoughtfully sourced teas will be served to create a warm, grounding experience.
