Fou Gallery is honored to host a Cacao Ceremony on the closing day of NISKY's exhibition Il paradiso non finito, in collaboration with ONACNY and guided by Kendra Valentine. This healing experience invites participants to connect deeply with themselves and others through the sacred ritual of cacao. Celebrated as the "Food of the Gods," cacao has been revered for centuries for its heart-opening and uplifting qualities. Rich in theobromine and anandamide, ceremonial cacao gently stimulates the cardiovascular system, fosters emotional clarity, and deepens meditative and creative experiences. The ceremony will begin with intention setting, followed by the mindful sharing of cacao. Participants will then recline for a soothing sound bath and guided meditation, before engaging in creative expression through journaling and art-making. We will close with a sharing circle to honor connection and reflection.

Additional Information
*This workshop is open to everyone aged 13 and older.
*Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket for comfort during the sound bath.
*Art supplies will be provided for creative expression, welcome to bring additional art supplies or small musical instruments.
*In the days leading up to the ceremony, please reflect daily on your intention. On the event day, come with an empty stomach if possible—a light breakfast is recommended, and it’s best to refrain from eating after 4 PM.
