静如山岳,动若江河 – In stillness, be like a mountain; in movement, be like a river
Join us this February to begin 2026 with peace, joy, and flow. Over four consecutive Tuesday evenings—February 3, 10, 17, and 24—we will explore Tai Chi as a meditative art and a healing practice.
Rooted in ancient Chinese philosophy, Tai Chi harmonizes slow, intentional movements with mindful breathing to cultivate balance, vitality, and inner harmony.Guided by the principles of stillness and flow, you will learn to release subtle tension, invite fresh energy, and embody the stability of a mountain—rooted, centered, and unwavering—through standing meditation and healing stances. Flowing sequences will then guide you into the fluidity of water—adaptable, graceful, and at ease—through continuous, circular movements.
Meditative Tai Chi is more than physical exercise; it is a way to reconnect with your inner self, calming the mind while energizing the body. Whether you drop in for a single session or immerse yourself in the full four-part series, you will gain practical tools to integrate into daily life—nurturing vitality, joy, and effortless flow into oneness.
*Up to 12 participants per session
*Private group sessions for this workshop are available. For inquiries, please contact echoyuhe@fougallery.com
