Discover the restorative power of your natural voice at Fou Gallery’s upcoming experiential workshop. Far more than a traditional singing class, we invite you to explore the voice not as a tool to control, but as a living instrument of connection, vibration, and self-discovery.
Grounded in the Lichtenberger® Method—an interdisciplinary approach combining voice physiology, acoustics, and sensory awareness—this immersive sound experience guides you toward an effortless relationship with sound. Through gentle, accessible explorations, the instructor creates a contemplative space to examine how sound moves through the body, how listening becomes a creative practice, and how vocal resonance grounds our connection to our emotions and environment.
Whether you are seeking creative inspiration, somatic release, or a deeper sense of mindfulness, this workshop offers an intimate space to experience the voice as a full expression of the whole person.
What to Expect
The Voice as Vibration: Experience sound as a physical, tactile presence within the body.
Deep & Creative Listening: Shift away from vocal performance toward intuitive sensory awareness.
Resonance & Emotion: Uncover the natural link between vocal tone, emotional presence, and breath.
Sound & Focused Attention: Ground your mind and quiet internal noise through vocal exploration.
Instructor
Erene Mastrangeli is a Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter and certified teacher of the Lichtenberger® Method. Originally from Turin, Italy, she has studied directly with Gisela Rohmert, the founder of the method, and is one of the few certified teachers of the method in the United States. Her work brings together artistic expression, voice physiology, acoustic perception, and the transformative possibilities of listening. Through private lessons, workshops, and performances, she seeks to create spaces where sound becomes a path toward greater freedom, awareness, and connection.
