静如山岳,动若江河 – In stillness, be like a mountain; in movement, be like a river.

In today’s world of constant change and uncertainty, maintaining inner clarity and well-being is essential. True balance is not found in doing more, but in releasing what no longer serves you—allowing your essence to guide you back to a state of  ease, presence and natural flow.

We invite you to join us this summer to reconnect with both inner and outer balance through a grounded sense of peace and well-being.  You will be guided through centering meditation, neuro-somatic practices, and Meditative Tai Chi as a healing art of balance. Each session includes personalized guidance on posture and alignment to support healthy energy flow, along with interactive practices that foster connection, learning and enjoyment within the group. Together, these elements offer  a holistic approach to living with greater ease, resilience, and vitality. Rooted in ancient Chinese philosophy, Tai Chi harmonizes slow, relaxed, and mindful movements with natural breathing to cultivate balance, vitality, and inner harmony. Guided by the principles of stillness and flow, you will learn to release subtle tension, invite fresh energy, and embody the stability of a mountain—rooted, centered, and unwavering—through standing meditation and healing stances. Flowing sequences  then guide you into the fluidity of water—adaptable, graceful, and at ease—through continuous, circular movements.

Meditative Tai Chi is more than physical exercise; it is a pathway to reconnect with your inner self—calming the mind while energizing the body. While the full three-part series offers the deepest transformation, each mini-retreat provides practical tools you can bring into daily life—nurturing vitality, joy, and an effortless sense of flow and wholeness.

*Each session concludes with organic herbal tea, wisdom-sharing & space for heartfelt connection in community.
